The hotel boasts spacious and comfortable rooms with a well-maintained premises. The location is a big plus with good availability of resources in the nearby surroundings. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool which was well-maintained and added to our overall experience.
The staff was lethargic and unresponsive. There were key issues with delays in check-in, non-functional room keys, and unresponsive reception and housekeeping numbers.
